LSU’s Ed Orgeron is slamming 8-10 energy drinks per day and surprise he isn’t dead yet
It is a miracle that Coach O, Ed Orgeron, isn’t dead yet with the amount of caffeine he would have drunk in the 8-10 Monster Energy drinks per day
Coach O or Ed Orgeron is a crazy person, and now we somewhat know why as it has come out that he is slamming Monster Energy Drinks like they are beers on a Saturday night. I don’t think there is a coach out there that can match this type of nuts.

I wonder what the hell he means by the when I’m drinking them quote. For the run down of what he is ingesting that is 54 grams of sugar per can. If you stack them all up that is 1280 mg of caffeine in eight of them.
Ed Orgeron never must sleep after one of those days. Monster Energy must be a part of his blood by now.
There is a documented case of a teenager dying from drinking too many of these caffeine-overloaded drinks. A kid by the name of Dustin Hood drank 3 1/2 of them within a 24 hour period. While playing basketball, the kid collapsed and died on the court. According to the lawsuit, Dustin died of a caffeine overload. To put it into perspective 14 12 oz cans of coke are the equivalent to the amount of caffeine in 3 1/2 24 oz cans of Monster.
I’m not a math guy but how many cans of coke would Coach O be drinking.
