To get you even more excited about baseball coming up senior lefty from LSU Jared Poche wins in cool hair and 7 no – hit innings against Army on Saturday. The final score 6-0 and was LSU’s 2,500 win.

This would be the first individual no hitter since 79 and was the 6th in school history. Fun story about this is Jared’s dad actually called it a day earlier.
“He was like, ‘You’re going to throw a no-hitter,'” Poche said. “I’m like, ‘Why are you saying that? Why are you putting that on me?'”
The only guy on base came from an error to a fly ball hit out to right that Greg Deichmann seemed to overrun allowing a runner to get to second.
