Golden Globes: Fiji Water Girl's Identity Revealed

Kelleth Cuthbert is a Los Angeles-based model with a social work degree, who has been featured in Maxim.

Jamie Lee Curtis, known as a scream queen for her roles in the "Halloween" movies, expressed horror Tuesday that she became a victim of the so-called Fiji Water Girl at the Golden Globes. Specifically, as it was reported by, Cuthbert quickly made a name for herself on the Internet for photobombing several celebrity photos during the evening.

While she may have had an "ominous" appearance, Cuthbert said she really wasn't thinking bad thoughts - or thinking about much at all in the moment as the red carpet was far too fast-paced for that.

"No, it wasn't (planned), I've actually worked for Fiji in a similar capacity a number of times on red-carpet things. The first meme of 2019, apparently!" she told the outlet.

The 60-year-old award-winning actress was one of the many stars photographed on the red carpet this year with the promotional model photobombing the picture. "You just have to look pleasant toward the camera".

Fiji Water took notice of the photos and posted the hashtag #FijiWaterGirl.

She appeared with Idris Elba, Judy Greer and Richard Madden, her favourite big-name photobomb image was Jim Carrey.

In an interview with Glamour, Cuthbert admitted that she's overwhelmed by all the attention she's receiving, including the sudden popularity on Instagram.

While the majority of the feedback has been positive, some have poked fun at a few of the glances she gave to some of the stars, which Twitter users seemed to read into when posting their many memes.

You might say she over-delivered. Half a year later, we got married in spite of being two people who actively rebuked the idea of marriage. According to Us Weekly, she specialized in "mental health and addiction counseling". On the many photos she was part of, she said, "Sometimes you're caught between a lot of cameras, so there's a lot of photographers at different angles". "The Fiji Water girl is my fave model to work with", tweeted photographer Ema Suvajac.
