McCaw averaged 4.0 points per game in 128 regular-season appearances with the Warriors over the past two seasons.

Golden State was awaiting the electronic arrival of a signed offer sheet before it finalizes its decision on whether it'll match Cleveland's offer and retain McCaw, the source said. Per ESPN's Bobby Marks, keeping McCaw would cost Golden State $11.3 million in luxury tax.
