Clearly, keeping up this winning pace at the top of the table will not be easy against a City side that have had a decade of huge investment from their mega wealthy oil rich owners to get to the point where they have a team that looks ready to dominate English football for the next few years.

The German manager said on Monday that "nobody should feel safe" in the Premier League title race and insisted Tottenham, Chelsea and Arsenal - who are third, fourth and fifth respectively - also remain in the hunt with 20 games to play.

"I'm very happy with what I have got and what I have but we don't know", Klopp said at a press conference via LFC TV. Unai Emery has galvanized Arsenal, and guided them to a 22-match unbeaten streak before losing to Southampton.
