Famous rapper Mac Miller has died at age 26 of an apparent overdose, according to TMZ.

He was reportedly pronounced dead at the scene.

Charges were filed against the rapper last month after he was arrested in May for driving under the influence and hit and run.

Known for songs like "Donald Trump" (2011), Miller has struggled with substance abuse and legal issues over the years. He ended a high-profile relationship with pop singer Ariana Grande, who he collaborated with in the past.

By 2007, he began releasing mixtapes under the name EZ Mac before changing his name to Mac Miller.

He was found Friday at his home in Fernando Valley, California.

Mac and Ariana performed their duet The Way at One Love Manchester after the terror attack on one of Ariana Grande's shows. Shortly after his vehicle accident and arrest that same month, Grande tweeted "pls take care of yourself".

Miller's rap career started when he was just 14 years old.

ET has reached out to Miller's rep for comment.
