Jalen Ramsey Slights Eli Manning In GQ Interview

Ramsey talked trash about several National Football League quarterbacks in the interview.

Jalen Ramsey is one of the league's best cornerbacks, but he'll definitely be tested this season after criticizing several of the NFL's starting quarterbacks.

When told of Ramsey's criticism, where Ramsey said "I won't say Eli's good", Manning first said "no" about responding before quipping, "who?"
I don't care one bit. He's trash. And it's gonna show. That's a stupid draft pick to me. "When we played them, it felt like his offensive coordinator was drawing up flawless plays and then he was hitting the open man". I don't necessarily agree with all of Ramsey's opinions on quarterbacks, especially when you consider his quarterback is Blake Bortles. He never beat a big school.

Allen did struggle in some big games for the Cowboys, including a five-interception game against Nebraska. It's like: Yo, if you're this good, why couldn't you do better? "I won't say Eli's good, I'll say Odell's good". The Giants stand behind their two-time Super Bowl champ.

Compared to how Ramsey described the rest, this is high praise. For example, Aaron Rodgers and Tom Brady do not, in fact, suck, according to Ramsey.

I think Matt Ryan's overrated. Dak Prescott seems to fall in between because his offense relies on Ezekiel Elliott: "He's good". He's established himself as one of the best corners in the National Football League (if not the very best), and has more than his share of trash-talking soundbites to his credit already in his young career. It's kind of like, 'If all of a sudden we pick him up now, people might be like, so why didn't we pick him up a year ago? For us, it's about our team and the way that we go.
