After Blasting UK Over Brexit, Donald Trump Says Relationship Very Strong

At a news conference with British Prime Minister Theresa May in Britain on Friday, Trump claimed that a newspaper interview that quoted him criticizing May's Brexit and trade strategies was "fake news."

"If they do a deal like that, we would be dealing with the European Union instead of dealing with the United Kingdom, so it will probably kill the deal", Trump told the Sun newspaper.

Mr Trump sent shockwaves through Westminster when he gave an explosive interview to The Sun where he said he would have carried out Brexit negotiations "much differently" and claimed the Prime Minister did not listen to his advice.

In an antagonistic interview with The Sun, the USA president lashed out at Sadiq Khan, accusing him of doing a "terrible" job, claimed Boris Johnson would make a great Prime Minister and made it clear he was very aware of the giant inflatable Trump baby due to fly above Parliament today - and would be avoiding London. "Because when I saw her this morning I said I want to apologize 'I want to apologize because, I said such good things about you.' She said, 'don't worry, it was only the press.' I thought that was very professional".

The plan has infuriated fervent Brexit supporters, who think it would limit Britain's ability to strike new trade deals around the world.

Opponents of US President Donald Trump inflated a 6-meter (20-foot) blimp of the US leader as an orange, diaper-wearing baby carrying cellphone next to British parliament on Friday.

Thousands of people waving banners and banging pots and pans took to the streets of London on Friday to protest against U.S. President Donald Trump on his first official visit to Britain as president.

The shadow foreign secretary lashed the US President saying his comments were "rudeness upon rudeness upon rudeness".

"Whatever you do is OK with us, just make sure we can trade together, that's all that matters".

"I read reports that won't be possible but after speaking to May's people it will absolutely be possible". 'You go through certain areas that didn't exist ten or 15 years ago.' He added: 'Allowing the immigration to take place in Europe is a shame'.

The "Baby Trump" balloon was released in front of a cheering crowd at Parliament Square, a park beside the Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey tonight.

"I told her how to do it".

Trump said that the "special relationship" between the two countries is "a bond that is like no other".

"They all showed up on the 9th hole, overlooking the ocean, and I said what's going on, and all they wanted to talk about was Brexit".

The Trumps later took off from Windsor in a presidential helicopter on their way to Scotland for a weekend stay at his Turnberry golf resort. I'm sorry, I was wrong to say the things that I said would be an apology.

She said she and Trump came up with an "ambitious deal that works for both countries", that would build on the U.K.'s independent trade policy.
